01. INTRODUCTIONS

Hi! I’m Sam June.

I love to find beauty in the balance between the shadows and the light. They are rarely inseparable. They are complex and totally opposite and yet they cannot live without the other. Just like real connection.
What is real is beautiful.

I love emotive images, full of connection and intimacy. I love what a Drama Queen Mother Nature can be and I try to honor your location in an artful way. Light is my homegirl and I use it to tell the mood and vibe of your story. More than anything, let’s be present and have FUN!

The Hudson Valley in New York is my home-base and we have so many incredible Wedding Venues here but I’m always down to travel for rad people.

This isn’t a production. It’s your wedding.

I document weddings with a grounded, observant presence, creating space for moments to unfold naturally while quietly reading the room.

Direction is minimal and intentional. Just enough to create ease. Never enough to interrupt what’s real.

Before the Wedding

We’ll talk through your timeline in a way that protects breathing room and not just photo time slots.

I’ll help you build space into the day so you’re not rushing from moment to moment.

Because presence doesn’t happen when you’re on a schedule- it happens when you have space.

You get to experience your wedding. I’ll handle the rest.

I won’t micromanage you.
I won’t need a 50-image TikTok shot list.
I won’t interrupt your joy to perfect your posture.

I will guide you to where the light is perfect.
I will help you move naturally.
I will step in when it matters and step back when it counts.

There’s a rhythm to the day and I pay attention to it.

After the Wedding

Your gallery won’t just show what it looked like.
It will remind you how it felt.
